Sahar is a graduate research student and assisstant in the department of chemistry and she works in Prof. Chad Risko's lab. She has a bachelor and master degree in catalysis chemistry from Shahid Beheshti University, Iran. Specializing in Density Functional Theory (DFT) simulations and employing ab initio molecular dynamics (AIMD), Sahar  studies the molecular structure and dynamics of materials, aiming to enhance the performance and sustainability of energy storage solutions.
